UNEXPECTED LUXURY IN THE WOODS - perfect family retreat or full-time 3/3 home. Lots of room for vehicles and boats on big 2-acre parcel outside Otter Creek. Park below the house or enjoy cookouts and picnics on the concrete slab. Easy access ELEVATOR from ground to main floor. Inside, CEILINGS RISE HIGH over a spacious living-dining area with a well equipped kitchen any chef would love. Two sets of French doors lead to a spacious SCREENED PORCH overlooking the POND. Exotic hardwood floors add natural warmth. Crisp granite countertops add color and function. For a hint of country whimsy, try the spiral staircase with thick wood steps that leads to a LOFT BEDROOM with 2 sets of child-proof custom-built cypress bunk beds! And the loft has its own full bathroom! This HIDDEN GEM is only 20 minutes from kayaking and seafood, fresh from the Gulf, in CEDAR KEY. It's less than 20 minutes from the Super Walmart in Chiefland. Another 5-10 min takes you NW to Manatee State Park, NE to Devil's Hammock, and S to Crystal River and Goethe State Forest. Originally built as a family retreat, it became a prized vacation rental in Feb 2022.
