SPECTACULAR--that's what this spot is! This PRIMO unit at Natures Landing in historic Cedar Key, Florida, is on the third floor, and on the end of C building! You will be enchanted by this impressive view to the east and the south that other units cannot offer! With two bedrooms and two baths, this retreat will be the perfect getaway for you and your friends and family. Nicely tiled throughout, you won't have to worry about tracking in beach sand after a day relaxing and sunning, or exploring the uninhabited islands that surround us. Venture out in your boat or your kayak to enjoy the spectacular areas around our island. The open floor plan with generous water front covered porch will be terrific for entertaining and relaxing, surrounded by a veritable oasis of natural Florida landscape. You won't believe you are just a block away from City Park, with its playground, picnic pavilions and beach, or two plus blocks from downtown's bakery, restaurants, bars, library, coffee shops, art center, and more. With the bonus of a deeded parking space underneath the building, and a passenger elevator for heavy loads, you will be prepared for easy access to your island home. Come and claim this primo spot in a coastal village that very well may be the last unspoiled corner of Old Florida. You will be glad you did!
